Congratulations!
Because of your extraordinary participation in the BUFS TTP, you have been selected to redesign the Korean education system. You have carte blanche to make any changes needed. Funding levels need to remain around current levels. You can address any aspect of the system including administrative roles, curriculum, assessment, methodology, salaries, physical infrastructure, and work culture. Please be as specific as possible and provide reasoning behind the changes you would make.
Your redesign plan should be at least 300 words and submitted as a Google Doc by noon on August 6.
